Jamie shared her philosophy of seeing beauty in the impermanent, imperfect, incomplete world around us with a fabulous slide show of her work, explaining her inspiration for each image.

We were then given the assignment to go out and shoot using what she talked about – impermanence, end-of-life, imperfection – and process in our own way to enhance the vision each of us is trying to convey. She will critique 2 images each for 20 participants on Nov. 30.
