An annual favorite event, our club member Pam Cohen will present how to make images surreal and/or abstract! She will explain the difference between the two concepts and how painters from those genres of art incorporate this. Love her creativity!
Pam has written some notes on the subject that she encourages you to read.
PLUS Pam’s Annual Magnolia Gardens Photo Shoot Thursday 4/7
Here’s what Pam has to say…. “Get out of your photographic comfort zone, enter the world of abstract and surrealism. If you have never taken a workshop before, this one is for you. No fancy equipment or advanced knowledge of photography is required. Any level of photographic skills is appropriate, there will be no strict rules, no rights or wrongs! If you have taken a workshop before at Magnolia, this shoot will help you see and experience the Garden with a unique vision. Come with a fun-loving/creative spirit during the breathtaking Spring bloom time. It is an opportunity for club members to work with me one on one.”
Critique to follow on Monday, April 11th, via zoom.
