This walk was originally scheduled to head to the island’s far end to shoot a nest of eagle chicks. After being postponed due to icy weather, the chicks have grown and may have fledged by March 3rd. The walk was therefore moved to the River Course golf course. Timing is still being determined (either early morning or late afternoon). More information will be coming soon.
To take advantage of slightly softer light, we will meet at 7:50 am. The gate at the entrance to River Course Lane is typically open, but I will send the code to all who sign up, in case it is closed for some reason. If you follow River Course Lane to the end, you will see the River Course Clubhouse directly in front of you. There are parking lots on the left and right. We will meet on the left side of the clubhouse at 7:50 am SHARP, where carts will be waiting. We will have the carts for approximately two hours.
